Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchange & Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are more than welcome to return it based on the policies below. 

All returned or exchanged items must be in good condition and unworn with price tags intact. Jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, lingerie, scarves, special orders, trunk show items, items notated FINAL SALE, and discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please read carefully because our policy is different for website purchases versus in store purchases.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Since you were offered the option to touch, feel, or try on the item for fit and size, we do not offer refunds but we do offer exchanges for store credit only. You have 7 days from receipt of purchase for a store credit or to exchange items. No cash, credit card or check refunds will be given. After the 7 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.

E-COMMERCE (ON-LINE) RETURN POLICY

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number via email to Info@Rangeboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can approve the items you want to return.
  2. Put the Return Authorization number on the UPS or FEDEX shipping label.  Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip. USPS shipments will not be accepted. Boxes received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the sender.  
  3. All item(s) must be received back to  Range Boutique at the address provided below within 7 days of your emailed approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus cost of shipping to send to customer. Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping back on all returns and must ship back items with tracking. If there is no tracking and item is not received, item will not be refunded or exchanged . Returns will not be accepted if shipped after 7 days of receipt of delivery unless approved with a return authorization number. Items that do not meet the aforementioned timeframe will not be eligible for store credit or exchange and are considered FINAL SALE.

E-COMMERCE (CURBSIDE PICKUP) RETURN POLICY

Curbside Pickups must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. You must notify us if you cannot make it during that time period. Within those 7 days, you can only return your purchase for store credit or exchange only. After the 7 days, we will be unable to offer any exchanges or returns and your purchase will be FINAL SALE.
